Our Project Methodology

ISS recognises the importance of Project Management to ensure the success of a software implementation. We have a team of dedicated Project Managers that work with our clients to help the project run smoothly.

ISS employs a project methodology that borrows activities and techniques from other areas of the software discipline. The aim of the methodology is to be as light-weight as possible whilst ensuring: 

• Accuracy 
• Transparency 
• Ownership 
• Accountability 
• Flexibility

Over the years ISS has fine tuned its project methodology. Although seemingly obvious, but not often practiced in the industry, ISS’s methodology has evolved to heavily favour: 

• Customer interaction 
• Regular customer checkpoints

The methodology now includes multiple customer activities during the majority of the sub-phases. ISS has found a strong correlation between customer involvement and project success. We view each project as a partnership.

The project length is determined by the scope of each client’s requirements and the BabelFish™ modules being implemented.
