The methodology now includes multiple customer activities during the majority of the sub-phases. ISS has found a strong correlation between customer involvement and project success. We view each project as a partnership.

You may have a project that you are considering, but are unclear as to the real size or complexity of the exercise. To reduce this uncertainty ISS provide Project Requirement Analysis and Scoping services.

Report Design
The majority of ISS products come with templates that can be configured to meet your specific business requirements. However, to meet some corporate or regulatory reporting requirements you may require additional customised reports. Any custom reports are identified as part of the initial scoping and project planning. We provide development services to complete these reports and incorporate them into your implementation.
In addition to custom report development we can also provide custom development for extensions of our core products.
Software Development
If our standard software does not meet your specific requirements our Software Development team can work with you to scope and design additional functionality.
Customer Services
For large projects ISS Project and Technical Resources can be provided to assist with implementation planning and project roll-outs.
