Shipping Documentation System (SDS) provides the infrastructure to collect data and produce shipping documentation for Mineral Processing Plants and Oil and Gas facilities.

- Automatic export of data (XML) to production allocation and other related systems.
- Automatic distribution; email, web, etc of reports and documentation.
- Historical trend view of export & tank volumes, pressures, temperatures, etc
- Standard conversion calculations, e.g. API, etc.
- Plug in calculation set to meet differing customer requirements.
- Automatic production of hourly export snapshot summaries.
The data is presented in an easy to understand tabular and graphical form accessed through the BabelFish™ Portal.
The system is set up to automatically email, fax, etc the documentation to JVs, agents, marketing, etc when the shipment is complete.
Data can be exported directly to Excel for analysis at the client PC. Users can configure ad hoc historical trends and reports of any shipping or production data, using the BabelFish™ Portal.
