Pinnacle KPI – KPI reporting

Pinnacle KPI provides Balanced Scorecard KPI reporting that is accessible via the BabelFish Portal. All real-time inputs to KPI measures are reported in real-time so that management is not managing against historical data.

KPIs are set up in a hierarchical structure so that they reflect the organisational or asset structure of the business. Users can drill up or down through the hierarchy to view results.

Results are displayed as a “dashboard” so that users can get a snapshot view of performance and only drill into the detail if something concerns them.
