Cargo Planning

The Cargo Planning system is a system which integrates with other company systems to manage scheduling and the reliable shipment of Ore, or oil and gas products from producing facilities.

The system works around a planning window, e.g. 120 day and integrates actual and planned production to estimate when offtakes should be scheduled.

It also provides the facilities to manage lifting entitlements between JVs and lifting parties. The system integrates with ISS’s Shipping Documents Module and ISS Production Planning Module.

The system also integrates with disparate data sources including production forecasts, contract entitlements, historical planning and production data, inventory data and offtake schedules. All of this information is accessible to the user as if it was a single view of the data – the user is unaware of the data links that exist in the background. Onshore and offshore users are able to coordinate effectively as the system effectively facilitates the business workflow.

Cargo Planning Provides Effective Co-Ordination
