Batch Track

Batch Track allows users to set up batch processes that contain mandatory or optional events. Processes that overlap such as manufacturing plants with long production lines can be catered for. Synchronous (sequential) or asynchronous processes are also handled through the Sequence of Events Engine.

The software allows administrators to create new versions of a plant process. This allows operators to mirror changes in a manufacturing plant over time in Batch Track and provide continuity of data recorded. Operators can also carry out batch comparisons, and define Golden Batches.

Batch Track integrates with Laboratory Systems so that results can be reconciled between forecast and actual batch composition.

Batch Track data may be back-filled from any date in the past and may be shut down and restarted at a time in the future with no loss of data integrity and the sequence preserved.
