ISS Group announces its support of New Upstream Oil and Gas Reference Architecture Initiative.
ISS Group is pleased to announce its endorsement of the Microsoft Upstream Reference Architecture Initiative. ISS Group will work to align its key product offerings in the oil and gas sector with a common information technology (IT) framework developed through the on-going collaboration of the Reference Architecture Initiative participants, led by Microsoft Corp. ISS will focus specifically on its flagship product line centered around BabelFish™.
The key elements of the BabelFish Data Management Server are a federated data dictionary and a federated data broker, both critical attributes of a common, IT framework and a key component of delivery to most mutual ISS and Microsoft clients.
“ISS values its relationship with Microsoft as a critical component in its technology platform, R&D, marketing, and business strategy. Our participation in this reference architecture initiative is a natural evolution of that relationship,” said Grant Eggleton, global business development manager for ISS.
The focus is on enabling each person in the oil and gas industry to contribute to meeting today’s challenges. With access to near-real-time data, the tools to easily analyze and report on that data, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, vendors and partners around the world, people can make better geo-scientific, technical and business decisions faster across the entire oil and gas supply chain.

Half Yearly Report and Accounts for December 2009, Perth 24 February 2010
ISS Group Limited is pleased to announce its results for the six months to 31 December 2009. The reported profit after tax for the period was A$3.9 million, reflecting a slight improvement over the previously released management accounts, which estimated a profit of A$3.7 million.

ISS Group Enterprise Agreement with Woodside, Perth 18 February 2010
ISS Group Limited is pleased to announce it has signed a five year enterprise licence and maintenance agreement with Woodside Energy (ASX:WPL), the nation's largest publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company. The agreement will support the continued use and expansion of the BabelFish suite of products and associated services as the company moves into a new phase of growth and development.

KBC and ISS Sign a Multi-Year Global Performance Management Solutions Agreement, Perth, 25 November 2009
KBC Advanced Technologies plc (KBC) and ISS Group Limited (ISS) announce the signing of a non-exclusive, multi-year global agreement to jointly provide performance management solutions to the refining and petrochemical industry.
These solutions combine the world-leading KBC refinery and petrochemical process consulting and simulation software, Petro-SIM™ and SIM reactor models, with ISS Group's production integration software, BabelFish™.

ISS Group Limited - ISS Contract with South East Asian National JV Operating Company, Perth 14 October 2009
We are pleased to announce a South East Asian joint venture of National Oil companies operating an offshore asset in Asia has selected ISS Group as the supplier for their Asset Volume Management System (AVMS). The contract value is in excess of US$1.25 million including ongoing maintenance and support services.

ISS Group Limited - ISS Contract with Origin Energy, Perth 23 September 2009
ISS Group is pleased to announce Origin Energy, through its New Zealand based subsidiary company Origin Energy Resources (Kupe) Ltd, has selected ISS Group as the supplier for their Gas Nominations and Liquids Trucking system. The contract value is approximately $615,000 AUD excluding maintenance and support services.

ISS Group Limited - ISS Contract with Newcrest Mining Ltd, Perth 24 August 2009
ISS Group is pleased to announce Newcrest Mining, Australia's largest gold producer and a global top 10 gold mining company, has selected ISS Group as a preferred supplier for their strategic project "Mining Intelligence Layer", utilising ISS Group's BabelFish and associated product modules and services. The value of this contract is approximately AUD $4 million over a 5 year period comprising licences, services, maintenance and support.

ISS Group Limited - Europe Office announces contract from Egyptian Operating Company for Natural Gas Liquefaction (ELNG) Perth 9 February 2009
ISS Group is pleased to announce the Egyptian Operating Company for Natural Gas Liquefaction has signed a contract for the BabelFish Suite of products and associated services to the value of approximately AUD $2,000,000 for a Plant Information Management System. The BabelFish solution will provide ELNG personnel with an integrated view of plant operations from planning to shipping.
