ISS Expands into the Food and Beverage vertical targeting global markets, Perth 16 June 2008
ISS Group has been awarded a contract for the "Provision of a Real Time Integrated Plant Reporting Solution", utilising ISS Group's BabelFish and associated modules, by Mars Snackfood Ballarat operations, a subsidiary of Mars Inc, one of the worlds largest fully integrated food and beverage corporations.

A Spatial Data Integration Environment For the Web

Santos, in conjunction with BabelFish Aspect, are addressing key business challenges by building an application that combines geospatial and spatially-referenced “unstructured” data (including maps, documents, reports and real-time telemetry) from multiple data-sources into a single, user-defined integrated view. The objective is to extract the hidden value from unstructured data by enabling users to select (via a GIS-style interface) and display relevant unstructured data that meets their individual business needs.

ISS Group Announces Upstream Oil and Gas Agreement with Schlumberger, Perth 27 May 2008
ISS Group Limited is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement with the world's leading oilfield services company, Schlumberger. The contract, with guaranteed payments of approximately AUD$17 million, phased over several years, grants Schlumberger exclusive rights to market ISS's BabelFish in the upstream oil and gas industry.
The agreement will leverage ISS group's production integration software, BabelFish, alongside Schlumberger's current technology for upstream production data management, surveillance, analysis and modelling.
Schlumberger has a world class deployment network for digital oil field solutions and service operations that optimise reservoir performance for customers. The company employs more than 80,000 people of over 140 nationalities working in approximately 80 countries. In 2007, Schlumberger revenue was $23.28 billion. ISS Group Limited - Asia Office announces record contract from Petronas Carigali SDN BHD, Perth 14 April 2008
ISS Group is pleased to announce the receipt of a milestone contract with Kuala Lumpur based, Petronas Carigali SDN BHD for the provision of a real time integrated solution utilising the ISS BabelFish software and associated Oil and Gas Suite modules. The value of the contract is approximately AUD$4 million, the single largest contract won by ISS Group.

ISS Group Contracted to Supply BabelFish Software to BHP Billiton, Perth 12 December 2007.
ISS Group is pleased to announce that BHP Billiton Nickel West has signed a purchase agreement for the BabelFish Suite of products. The software will be used to access and analyse vital plant operations and laboratory data for the Nickel West operations including Mt Keith, Leinster, Kambalda, Kalgoorlie and Kwinana. ISS Group Europe has confirmed the signing a corporate wide multi purchase agreement with BG International Ltd for BabelFish and the Oil and Gas Application Suite. The initial value of these orders is approximately A$750,000. Confirmation of the order from BG International Ltd, a leading player in the global energy market, highlights the potential for for ISS Group products in overseas Oil and Gas markets. ISS signs Microsoft contract for Fortescue Metals Group Ltd (FMGL) Perth, 6 August 2007.
ISS is in receipt of the order from Microsoft, as project prime, for the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution for FMGL. This is a very significant order for ISS, given BabelFish will integrate with the new Microsoft Dynamics AX solution (Microsoft ERP). The BabelFish product will function as a bi directional integration and visualisation engine between the process layer (plant, mine, rail and port) and the BizTalk / Dynamics ERP layer.
In addition, ISS will implement several Mineral Solution applications across the FMGL enterprise to increase the efficiency of asset utilisation and the management of vital production data from pit to port.
The relationship with Microsoft and FMGL highlights the advanced capabilities of the BabelFish product and recognises the innovative, industry focused software solutions that have placed ISS at the cutting edge of the marketplace.
