Shane Attwell

Mr. Shane Attwell, B.Eng, GD Bus. - Managing Director & Founder

Mr. Attwell founded ISS in 1995, his vision was to develop an integrated suite of web-based applications that would assist Resource companies to visualise, manage and optimise their operational performance in real-time.

Mr. Attwell has over 25 years experience in process plant information systems and optimisation. Mr. Attwell has worked extensively internationally, developing process related technologies in the US, Canada, South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Mr. Attwell’s vision combined with his in-depth understanding of the process industry continues to be the driving force behind the company’s success.




Evan Cross Mr. Evan Cross, B.Bus, C.A. - Chairman (Independent and Non-Executive)

Mr. Cross is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has held a number of senior positions in commerce and industry with particular focus on corporate finance. He has international finance experience having worked in the investment banking industry in Australia and the US.


Ian Spence Mr. Ian Spence, B.Com - Director (Independent and Non-Executive)

Mr. Spence holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a qualified accountant. He currently resides in Singapore and serves as a director on a number of public and private companies in Australia and South East Asia.
