Asset Integrity
Asset custodians continually need to assess performance against three different types of integrity: Design, Operating and Technical (or Physical) Integrity. ISS Asset Integrity applications provide asset managers with tools that enable them to review asset performance in real-time.
Asset performance and integrity can not be adequately tracked through downtime reporting alone. ISS has extended the concept of downtime reporting to cover asset loss and utilisation (delay accounting). This allows Operators to track and identify poorly performing assets.
Assets are grouped together in order that low level (for example: equipment) performance indicators can be rolled up automatically to provide a high level view of asset performance. If an asset is indicated as not performing, the user can drill down through the KPI driver tree to determine the underlying cause.
